Hi, and welcome to the Highly Sensitive Person Club.
What is the HSP Club?
It’s more than just a club—it’s a sanctuary where we delve into the depths of what it truly means to be a highly sensitive person. Here's a glimpse into what you can expect:
My background as an HSP
The highs and the lows of being an HSP
HSPs in relationship
HSPs and careers
HSPS and creativity
Emotional regulation for HSPs
And plenty more.
Who is the HSP Club for?
Whether you're an HSP yourself, have an HSP in your life, or are simply curious about the intricate world of highly sensitive people, you're invited to join.
Sensitivity is a universal trait that touches us all in some way. It’s estimated 15-20% of the population are HSPs, so chances are you're not alone in this journey.

I’m really excited about this series.
As fellow HSPs, we understand the unique challenges we face, but I also hope we can recognize the immense beauty and richness that comes with our sensitivity.
For me, being an HSP was a very lonely journey until I was given language for my sensitivity. Suddenly, so many things about my life made sense. With the proper care and understanding of my HSP tendencies, I’m able to thrive. Of course, without these supports, the world can quickly feel overhwelming, but I’m learning how to navigate this and reminding myself of the depth, insight and creativity that comes with being an HSP.
If you resonate with what you've read, if you're curious to learn more, or if you simply want to connect with fellow sensitive spirits, I invite you to join the HSP Club. Together, let's create a space where sensitivity is celebrated, understood and embraced.
And if you know someone who might benefit from this community, don't hesitate to share this space with them. After all, the more, the merrier in our world of sensitive souls.
Lastly, are you a highly sensitive person? If so, leave a comment below. I’d love to learn more about you and how you discovered you were an HSP. Or, you can find our chat thread here.

How wonderful to have this space. I first became aware of my HSP trait while reading Katherine May's "The Electricity of Every Living Thing". What a gift that was!
I am an HSP! And I look forward to hearing more!
