Slow Sunday posts offer readers a quiet start to their week. Sunday posts range from meditations and poems to a curated selection of art, music and literature designed to spark inspiration. Additionally, they feature more personal reflections and discoveries from my life.

Slow Sunday invites readers to pause and contemplate the deeper meaning behind their experiences. As a token of appreciation for their support, paid subscribers have exclusive access to Slow Sunday posts.

Now living on Secwépemc land (pronounced suh-Wep-muhc)—a territory six to seven hours north of Vancouver, B.C.—I’ve had the honour of listening to many First Nations prayers. One thing that has always stood out to me is their acknowledgement of the land, her resources and Mother Earth. Without Mother Earth—without mothers—we would cease to exist.
